hartley is a very kind, very honest girl. she is very intelligent and can learn things quickly. her parents are both muggleborns, so she naturally finds herself more at home with other muggleborns. she does try to get along with everyone, and not having a bad temper helps. she learned very early on to not feed the flames, in other words- don't fight back. she is very passive, and never shows if she's hurt. on the outside, she only ever looks happy or concentrated on work. she loves anything creative, and especially loves the outdoors.
i can see hartley having a lot of friends. she isn't the most social, but if you know her she will be a great friend to you. there could probably be some enemies as well seeing as her parents are both muggleborn and some people *cough* slytherin *cough* would not like that at all. there might even be some lovers in there, although she isn't a super flirty person or outgoing. but she would definitely be the type to crush hard on a guy.[/style]

maddy is a little bit of an odd one. she is quite like luna lovegood in the way she doesn't always act the way people want her too. she believes what she wants, says what she thinks, and often doesn't fit in. she is generally happy, but often has blonde moments even though she isn't a blonde. she is intelligent, or can be. she has trouble learning sometimes because her mind often wanders elsewhere.

teagan is very independant. she doesn't ask for help and rarely accepts it. she wants to learn for herself, do things for herself, and grow up free of anyone else's control. her parents were very controlling (both slytherins) and pretty much disowned her when she got into gryffindor. she always resented everything they stood for. she now lives at the castle, and when not there with her grandmother (a squib- also disowned by the slytherin family). she is very outgoing though, and won't take no for an answer. that is with anything but boys. she has been known to go boy crazy in the past and so really avoids any relationships with boys, although she tends to be better friends with them because she is tom-boyish. she loves quidditch and anything athletic.

she is really described as mean, rude, sarcastic, and the stereotypical slytherin. her parents died a while ago, both death eaters, both killed on the same day by the same person. she herself doesn't have any alliance with the death eaters although she is certainly not neutral. she is 26 years old and last year was her first term teaching at hogwarts.
i can't really see her having friends because most of the people thought her mean, even among her fellows housemates. but she could have some. most of her relationships would likely be enemies. also, she's gay so lovers would have to be girls.[/style]
